Hello,

This morning I was restarting my computer and it never turned back on.
It was on and had no signal, but the power light was on.
I held the power button to turn it off, and when I turned it back on, the power button didn't light it, the only thing that happened was that the fans were spinning like crazy.

I've googled this, and tried fixing it for hours on end.

I've tried:

-Cleaning dust
-Unplugging ram/graphics card, all usb's.
-Taken out most pins and put them back in, making sure they weren't bent.
-Added thermal paste to both CPU and GPU.
-Restarted the computer a lot of times.
-Moved what seemed to be the bios jumpers from the first and second pin to second and third.

I have ran out of ideas, as I have no idea what the problem is, can I please get some assistance?

Thanks

From your description, the Power Supply is the most likely culprit; they do fail after several years.
