Computer on but not booting

Hello,

I have my old desktop

Mother board: mercury KOB845GL NDMx V1.2
Processor: Intel celeron 1GHz
Ram :1GB
Harddisk:80GB

Computer on i am select boot setting CD/DVD first BOOT i will add cd in cd dirve win7 or win8 is not show press any key start cd/dvd then i will add winXP cd is showing press any key i will press key install process starts then immediately cpu turn off please tell me

but this CPU cannot support Windows7 & Windows 8 ?
but only support Windows XP ?
Why tell me
then other i am boot windows Xp first start normally after 2 minutes installing process immediately CPU turn OFF why please tell me

Win 7 and 8 are delivered on DVD disks. Win XP is on a CD.

So if you have a CD drive it will not be possible to install Win 7 or 8.
