Hi Scso, almost all laptops and PC’s have hidden partition that hold the copy of original Windows and setting which you had later on your system. To access that setting, you only have to press F11 when starting your system. By doing this you will be able to view menu with the option to restore factory settings. Hope it will work for you!!
