dear John,
when you boot your system and you were prompted with two option ..press f1 to continue and press delete to set up..
when you press f1 to continue and you receive the sound signal, it indicate that either the RAM is bad or the RAM is not properly inserted..
then when you choose press delete to run set-up
choose your booting device HDD and also ensure that you check all the necessary configurations are meet
