Have you contacted the provider directly yet, and what do they say? Have you made absolutely sure that you are typing in the email address correctly?

this message which seem to me when i try to open my account (Sorry, we don't recognize that email address or phone number) may be my account is closed but i need to open it argently cause it's my icloud & itunes mail i can't change it and alot of business e-mails i should shown sent to it
