External Hard disk

Hello,
I've got a big problem with my external IDE hard disk. It works properly with my new desktop till one day i plugged the
external HD then the windows appears the box of recognizing the external and i cancel it while the pc reading it.

starting from that point i've tried to open it from few different pc and laptop but it can be detected but not recognized.

only one pc can recognized it and i can see all the folder but when i clicked on the folder it will hang..

pls help me, i need the files, pls suggest me solutions.
