WIFI Connection to mobile hotspot no internet

Hello
Whenever I connect my laptop wi-fi to my mobile phone's hotspot, the computer shows "no internet" yet I have a working data plan on my mobile phone. Please assist.

This is an issue for your DATA Provider (you know the ones you pay your bill to!). You are already PAYING for their support to CONSUME their product, why are looking for free help?
