I using my windows 7 and upgrade to windows 10 after that the was no sound

I suggest you use SlimDrivers to identify, download an install the Win 10 drivers for your Sound chip.

in start menu type "sound" and open the sound settings...

there check whether your "speakers" are set as default audio device"

I used to had such problem..so i hope it helps
