My computer monitor has no signal

Hello, i have problem i disconected all cables and when i conected all again and turned on computer but computer is working properly .monitor is displaying No signal



System Configuration: Android / Chrome 70.0.3538.110

OK, well make certain the monitor is hooked up. too little too late, but always take a picture before you start disconnecting cables.
