Hello,
I have a Dell latitude D620 laptop computer and I somehow erased the IP address for my wireless network,
The signal strength bar is fully green and have great signal strength but very little if any connectivity I have tried to repair it using the repair selection in the wireless network screen , and the result is always the same .
That it could not repair and renew the IP address due to the fact that I do not have an IP address.

If your wireless connection is secured.. you will need to enter the WEP key to your wireless settings again!
Then you will be able to connect to the internet!
