Hi,
If you haven't logged into your account for 12 months, Yahoo has automatically deleted it due to inactivity. If this is the case, you will not be able to recover your Yahoo Mail account.
In case you still have access to your Facebook account, you can change the email address associated with that account, by going to the Facebook settings and selecting the General section.
