Blue screent and registry error

good morning all of you
i computer was not formatted and it was showing me the blue screen message
registry error and remove any software or hardware
and it was not run in safemode and safemode with networking, and safemode with command prompt
perfectly it can't boot
what can i do please tell me

you need to repair your windows.

to do this, you will need the Windows Installation CD.
