Hi,
I notice the same behavior - there's just a maximum of nine posts. Even if I try to change the user agent, nothing changes. Maybe Instagram is modifying how the tags pages work on their site.
UPDATE: the issue seems to have been fixed.

I sent the message about an error, if you can do the same, may we can pay instagram's attention to this problem. Also I'm very surprised that no extention solves this problem, because the extentions repeat the work of the application, allow messages, add photos etc.

The extensions are simply forcing Instagram's site to display the mobile version, but the app and the mobile version work independently.
As a workaround, you can download the Instagram app on your PC using an Android emulator, like BlueStacks. The pages should work normally from now.

Thank you, that's new program for me. After I download it I will have to install instagram application in it?

Exactly. Open the emulator and go to the Play Store to download Instagram.

Unfortunately it's an issue with Instagram itself. The best thing to do is to report them the issue.
For a short moment , an "Older posts" button appeared on the bottom left of the page, allowing to see the others posts.
Then, the buton disappeared
I suppose most of the users use it on their smartphones so they don't notice it
I personalty enjoy Instagram on my PC
I'm glad other people are experiencing the same issue, I'm not mad
I've reported the issue
