Mostly the Instagram account is disables when you do any activity against the guidelines. I also faced this issue and my all ads of commercial law dissertation topics writing were disapproved. The best solution is that leave the account for some time, it will automatically get activated.

Instagram doesn't have a support number - you need to use their contact form to request review of your disabled account.
