I get ALOT of story views, but barely any likes on my posts?

Hello,

Ok, so I get alot views and reactions on my stories, but I'm barely getting any likes on my posts. Now I'll admit, I do post sporadically. Besides being inconsistent, what other mistakes am I making? How can I fix this? Do hashtags still matter? My account is personal, so I'm not using any analytic tools.

Is the algorithm screwing me over, or am I just lazy? lol I'm open to any suggestions
