Internet is connected but doesn't load at all

Hello,
my internet says it is connected however internet explorer , firefox or any program that i try to run on the internet does not connect. i have cheaked that the working offline button is not ticked but i cannot figure out why i can't connect to the internet.

hi there,

go to your browser settings

clear private data,delete cookies

clear cache and also the proxy setting

then restart your browser

or

go to tools ,internet options

lan settings

check the box automatically detect settings
