Hello,

I have just finished compressing my files in the C:/ to save some storage space as i was approahcing full capacity, and then i deleted some program i do not use anymore. However, i must have deleted some other file by mistake as since then u havent been able to switch on my computer. The system loads, however, it then prompts the message 'The program has failed to install correctly. Click OK to switch off the computer'. This signal comes when i start up in safe mode, etc after pressing f8. After trying all the option, the same message always appears, and leaves me with no option but to switch of the computer..
What can i do? Apart from a format, is there anything else i can do to save my files?

Thanks so much
