Hello,
CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE IVE JUST BROUGHT A BRAND NEW COMPUTER AND HAVE SET IT UP NO PROBS.
I THEN CHECKED TO SEE IF I COULD GO ON THE NET AND IT JUST SAYS NOT AVALABLE BUT THE WIFI CONNECTION SAYS ITS EXCELLENT AND THE GREEN BAR IS FULL. I HAVE PHONED MY ISP AND THEY HAVE SAID THAT EVERYTHING IS OK SO THEY DONT REALLY WANT TO HELP ME. SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE DONT KNOW IF IVE DONE SOMETHING WRONG?

how are you connecting to internet.
modem/router(wireless) pc?
if you connect your pc direct to router with network cable, can you get on to internet?
I had the same issue when I had a Laptop with vista on it. I couldnt for the life of me connect wirelessly. but wired was fine.
what i ended up doing was bridgeing my wireless with my nic and i was then able to connect.
