Shift keys not working

Hello,
my keyboard both side shift keys not working. that is the upper characeters of the numerical keys not be typed. please sujjest.....also i cant make upper case letters with holding shift key.

Hi there,

Clean the keys with a paintbrush and remove dust stacked under it or change the keyboard.
