My external hard disk not working

Hello,
i am using Apollo 2.5″ portable HDD for a while but now it just stopped working. the blue lights is on that means it is on but still my laptop does not recognize it. is there any thing i can do about it?

All you can do now is to try connecting the external HDD to another USB port!

Then try to check if Windows finds or recognizes it!

Right click on My Computer,

Select Manage,

Click on Disk Management on your left

If you can see the drive there, just change the path

thanks suff954. i've done what you said, i've even used another laptop and desk top but still it is thesame. it still is not recognized.
