Can't load neighbours in Farmville

Hello,
I can't get my neighbours in farmville to load in -before my computer was overhauled I could get them to load fully. Every thing I have tried does not work. Either script not in sync or I am being asked to reload page, I do not want to lose my farm after coming so far. I would really like a solution. Firefox doesn't seem to want to run Apple quick. Please help

Dear Sir,

There should be a problem with its server and hence contact the Facebook Support for them to have fixed.
