Hey all,

I bought a new ipod about 6 months ago and when I came to download iTunes for it all was going well, until it was very nearly finished then I got a message popping up saying a program needed to run the instalation was missing now I know for a fact my Quicktime is up tp date cause i downloaded that before hand, but it still refusues to work for me, and my laptop wont recognise the ipod as anything other than a mass storage device. I tried e-mailing Apple about 12 times but got no reply, even phoned up but i was on hold for what seemed like hours, and still no results, please someone help me, I've had no music to listen to for 6 months and im slowly going insane please save me!!!!

Dear Sir,

You need to have all the required files for it to be able to get installed. Also have a look into the following Kioskea FAQ article.

Thank you.
