find some program for testing RAM memmory
but mu guess is that you have to get new memmoru and it will boot
the easiest way to find out, borow ram from friend of yours, put it to your comp and if it boots, your problem is solved

i ran a search on you're error code and found it might be a registry error.
does your computer beep when you first turn it on?
usually if you have memory errors you get an error beep a start up, that's assuming your board or case speaker is working.
in my dealings with registry errors i found you have to be VERY,VERY care full what changes you make in the registry!!
