as soon as l open the computer freezes HELP Closed

Hello, hi please help me solve a  problem. as soon as l start my computer  ther is a little blue round that keeps turning. also l lost my image that appears when l open it up; asoon as l open the computer it freezes please l am new at this and l need help  thanks in advance .

It might be from low virtual and RAM memory, overloaded hard disk or an error on your OS. Please consider confirming the issue for further help. You might have to repair your system or upgrading your memory.
