my name appears in my inbox Closed

Question

Hello, 
My name appears in my inbox after I have sent a reply to an email.  It is confusing and annoying.  How do I get it out of there...this was never a problem with the old hotmail.  It only happened since the new hotmail which took effect a couple days ago.
