Help - Laptop sound not working!

Hello,
My headphone jack broke and got pushed into the laptop to where I cant plug the headphones in. On top of that, i think the computer thinks a pair of headphones is plugged in because no sound will come out of the speakers. Is there any way to fix this through the control panel or something? I checked all my settings and nothing is muted. I just want to be able to listen to things through my computer speakers.
I have a Sony Vaio Laptop

Dear Jack,

Please get to Sound and Audio Properties in the Control Panel and then from the Advanced Speaker Settings, have it configured correctly for solving the matter.
