Help - Laptop sound not working!

Hello,
My headphone jack broke and got pushed into the laptop to where I cant plug the headphones in. On top of that, i think the computer thinks a pair of headphones is plugged in because no sound will come out of the speakers. Is there any way to fix this through the control panel or something? I checked all my settings and nothing is muted. I just want to be able to listen to things through my computer speakers.
