ive tried all the reboots that are on your page and none of them work on my sons pc, very annoying, please help????

i want to get the pc back to factory settings as its so slow, i cant do anything with it, its a refurbished one for my son and he wont go on it as its not working properly, so ive trit u you mentioned and i dont get any of the pptions on my screen that everybody else gets, so i need something else, cheers
