Hello,
I have a Toshiba laptop, which works great until I try to connect to the internet. Within 10 seconds of finding the router, there is a warning on the screen that the conputer has encounted a problem and will shut down in 60 seconds. After it does this, I have to wait for 3-4 minutes and then reboot. As long as I am not trying to access a router, it works find. Any suggestions?

Hello,
Try this 1.
1) When the message appears, then click on Start --> In search box, type cmd
and press "Enter". "Command Prompt" will be opened.
Enter this command.
shutdown -a ---> Press Enter.
Now it should abort the shutdown process.
ipconfig /all ----> Press Enter.
Make sure that IP Address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway and DNS Servers
are having addresses.
2) Click on the below link and download the file

Update it --> Perform "Full Scan"
Good Luck.
