Help!! ipod nano 2nd gener. has white screen

my ipod nanos screen has been turning white and i have to wait 3 hours... ive tried to reset it and do all these things but none of the methods work please help...thanks

did not work so srry i only have an ipod nano not an ipod touch so srry
