No connection to internet

Hello,

I need u to help ni.this situation i can't to solve it.My workplase have 25 worksation.

there a only 3 workstation can't open to msn, but the rest can't connect to internet.But, although the 3 workstation can acees to msn, but when user want to other page ,it will display invalid addrees.i have check on my forewall setting but everything is ok....
