Ipod touch not switching on

Hello,
I have an ipod touch 4th gen, it will not turn on sometimes unless plugged into computer or docking station (when you can see there is lots of battery left). I took it back and they replaced it with a new one and after 2 weeks use it is doing exactly the same thing. Is this a common problem?

Hello,

Please check whether resetting it gets the problem solved. Also confirm that the charger that you are using is not faulty.
