Hello,
So lately, there's been a problem with our Linksys WRT54GS v1.1 router. All our laptops connect to the network just fine, but I still can't access the internet. I thought it was the main cable modem, but if I connect my laptop directly to the modem the internet works, so it's definitely the router.
I've contacted Cisco, but they want $40 to help me. Thought I'd come here first. Any idea what I can do to fix this? Hard reset? Change certain network settings?
Appreciate the help.
Thank you.

You will probably have to set the ip address of the device to which your modem is collected as the default gateway on your computer, otherwise your computer will not know where to find the modem.
We have a similar setup, which works fine.
