HP laptop stop working

Hello,
my laptop isnt working , i click on the power button , but nothing happened , i tried the battery , the hard disk , nothing
can anyone help me plz ? its urgent

I would start with the Bios Battery little 3v battery inside the computer on the motherboard. Then ifthat don't work the actual power button need to be replaced.
