Can anyone help please......yesturday my laptop was working fine but today when i turned it on i only have a blank screen the lights are on that indicates the laptop is working but nothing else

Hello,

Try this:
1) UNPLUG THE LAPTOP
2) REMOVE THE BATTERY
3) HOLD DOWN THE POWER BUTTON FOR ABOUT 30 SECONDS TO 2 MINUTES
4) THEN PUT THE BATTERY BACK IN
5) START IT UP
