Laptop not turning on

Hello,
I have a toshiba laptop,with a DC 15V battery. ive tried your process, and it didnt work for me.
i may be doing the process wrong, so this is what ive done:

1. before starting your process, ive had both things in (main supply and battery)
2. then removed the main supply
3. then yeah did everything from there.
it still for me has a small grey dash/hyphen in the top right flashing.

is there anything i can do?

Hi, Maxy if you had done all troubleshoot in right way, then there is an internally problem. If you know some technical skill then open your laptop and remove the ram & clean it. After this reinstall it and start your laptop may be this will work for you. Otherwise contact your service provider.
