Kingston 64gb pendrive

I cannot see the files that i copy into my kingston 64gb pendrive when i re insert the pen drive next time. I am using windows xp. I tried formating the drive with special formaters by fat32 system. still i am facing the same problem. Please help me fix this so that i can see my data next time i insert the pen drive
