Can't connect the internet

hello!

I am using a dell latitude c600(OS - windows 2000) my problem is that I cannot access the internet using my smart broadband, my network connection is fine and my firewall does not block the website i am trying to access, i also tried to use DNS server but still does not work. Can you help me please?!

Did you uncheck your browser proxies

Do you face this issue with all your browsers?

when did you start facing this problem?
