toshiba screen is blank Closed

Hello, 
When i am switchin the power button on, my laptop power button blink like its does on stand by but nothin else i can so with me laptop plz help


Configuration: Windows 7 / Internet Explorer 8.0

Try this

Unplug the power and remove the battery.

Now hold the power button for a minute.Reconnect your power plug ,now check if your PC starts fine

Shutdown the PC and reconnect the battery

is anything plugged in to the usb ports?  i know for mine if i have my phone plugged it it wont get past the start up phase
