Internet connecting problem

Hello,
i use xp operating system. i want 2 connect bsnl internet on pc from samsung L-700 mobile through usb,but in my samsung pc studio, no option for bsnl. how can i connect internet .PLZ help.

you just check the network settings properly i am sure there is a option for you.........
