Toshiba Laptop not working, need help!

Hello, I have a Toshiba laptop Model PSAH0J-00K007 and it's not working. Everytime I turn it on it will say Toshiba like it normally does, but when it goes to the black screen it say media failure, then it will just go to a black screen with the options Launch Repair(recommened) and Start Windows normally. Everytime I start windows normally it will say it's not working and go right back to the screen. When I push Launch Repair it says "Windows can not communicate with your laptop." It also says something about being unplugged. Sorry I couldn't provide a lot of info, but it's kind of hard to interpret.
