Toshiba Satellite A200 Power Issue

Hello,
I have a TOshiba satellite A200, it has a power issue where it will glitch in some form when it is plugged into it's power lead. They include, but not limited to: Freezing irrocoverably, freezing irrocoverably and making loud noises, the screen going blank during start-up, failure to load the hard disk. I have:
- Replaced the power jack (The problem persists)
- Placed an SSD into it

Please tell me what the issue is if you know, thanks in advance.

Update the BIOS.

Found it, installed it.
It fixed the problem mostly, thanks LaptopLinux!

I have the same in Toshiba Satellite A200 under dual linux and windows system, it crashes when power goes and comes again fast, freezing whole the system.
BIOS was updated yet to 1.80
Sure it solve the problem?
