Can't connect to internet

Hello,
I am having trouble connecting to the internet. Basically, i have the modem connected to my router for wireless internet and about one week ago, could not connect to the internet. I have tried resetting the router and modem, updating ethernet drivers and router and also calling up isp provider. None have worked so far. I have also tried connecting directly to the modem, however only one mac worked out of the two and my computer wouldn't even connect. When i connect to the router, it identifies the router but has no internet access and the connection to the modem can't even identify the network, basically no network access. Please i could really use your help.

Router: Netgear WNDR3700
Modem: Cisco DPQ3212

Follow all the instructions starting from the topic "Connecting Your N600 Wireless

Gigabit Router" (Page Number 11) upto setting up your wireless connection.
