Hello,
Try this 1
1) Click on the below hyperlink "Fix" and download the file
Fix
Right-click on it --> Select "Run as administrator" and follow the instructions.
2) If the problem still exists then
Click on Start --> In search bar, type cmd and press Enter.
"Command Prompt" will be opened. Now enter the below command
ipconfig /flushdns --> Press Enter.
