Hello,
Try this 1
Click on Start --> In search bar, type cmd. When the "Command Prompt" appears
in the search bar, right-click on it and select the option "Run as administrator".
When the command prompt opens then run the below two commands when you
have a successful connection and another command when you don't have a
connection.
During successful connnection
ipconfig/all > c:\IPcon.txt --> Press Enter
During No Internet connection
ipconfig/all > c:\>Fail.txt --> Press Enter.
Now go to your C drive and you can find two files named "ipcon" and "fail".
Zip that those two file and upload it int the site

Copy the Download URL and paste it in your thread.
