MW2 multiplayer wont load (PS3)

I tap multiplier, then Online and there is a box that says "online Status" in the box it says "fetching Playlists..."
"updating ranks and unlocks..."
"connecting to matchmaking server Complete" but nothing happens

PLEASE!

Did you try to turn off every single Torrent software?
