Internet Conection Problem

Hello,
I am using a shared internet connection, my desktop is connected with LAN,but it doesn't getting receive bytes,and I can't open any website,but I have connect my LAN Ethernet cable to my XDSL WiFi router as input, its wireless work properly,if I connect my LAN ether net cable to my friend laptop its work properly,
My friend have an internet connection of an other ISP,if I connect my friend's LAN ether net cable to my desktop it works properly, I am bit confused what I have to do,
i have tried by disable antivirus and firewall but it still not working.
Kindly give me solution

Ok Make sure you are Entiring the RIGHT Password if you are there is no Connection in that Room Or if not then Contact them
