Hi 828688_t@1,
In order to speed up the internet connection in Windows XP, I use the following methods:
1. Disable Packet Scheduling: To Disable Packet Scheduling:
a. Click "Start" and click "Control Panel."
b. Open "Network Connections."
c. Right-click your Internet connection and select "Properties."
d. Uncheck the box next to "QoS Packet Scheduler."
e. Restart your computer to apply the changes.
2. Disable Invalid DNS Caching: to speed up browsing by DNS Cache please follow the below mentioned link:
