I can't load any pages even though my internet is connected?

Hi,

I'm a new user and this is my first post.

I use Google Chrome and I have a Windows 7 laptop.
After about 30 minutes I use my laptop, when I try to go to a new page, it will just load forever. The page is either blank or stays on the current page.
The tab at the top says its loading but it just stays like that and I have to restart the computer until it starts all over again.
Completely restoring it to factory condition takes care of the problem but I don't want to do that unless I have to.

Any suggestions?
