Internet connected but web pages not loaded

Hello,

could be please suggest me on the subjected .

i have installed anti virus software to my laptop from there onwards i could not able to load the web pages but my net is connected.

software name kaspersky pure 3.0.

Ok i have not heard that kaspersky does not let you load webpages anyways try remove it and see if then internet works if not there is something wrong try what i said.

Try turn self defense off and then see if it still has problems if it does turn it back on here is how https://support.kaspersky.com/9507

If your 100% sure your internet is working find then just remove the anti virus software or provide more information.

Please provide more information like your anti virus software name and more information please.
