Windows explorer problem

Hello,
I have win xp professional ver 2002 sp2.

Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.


AppName: explorer.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: clvsd.ax

ModVer: 6.0.2.2806 Offset: 00043170


this problem happened when I try to open my files in Lcal Disk D:



Any ideas?

clvsd.ax is a PowerDVD filter program. Did you just load another DVD decode program or MediaPlayer10/11?
